The coils offered below are generally offered in kit form, ready to assembly into your motor or generators with ease or with complete repair kits to overhaul motors at site.

The coil kits / repair kits can be offered complete with connecting jumpers, top quality insulating materials like wedges, support bars, skids, filler blocks (in NEMA G9, G10, G11 and SG200), insulating materials like Nomex (Dupont) liners, tabs, Kapton (Dupont) taping, Mica Taping, etc.
Copper conductors used are of high quality including oxygen free copper. The conductors used can be pre-insulated with Kapton, Nomex, Fibreglass, Mica, etc.
The processes used for manufacture of these coils are looping, automatic stretching and shaping, taping (using fibre glass or resin rich tapes with curing) and final electrical testing like hi-pot, resistance and surge comparison tests.
